Hey,that makes an interesting read!Though i do have my doubts about the applicability!That would so much depend on the interdependence factor and how much ur environment allows it!But then,who says,one cant try?:)

What kind of environments wouldn't allow for the applicability, Pali? I can think of just about any office setting, company size and industry that would allow you to accomplish a lot of the aforementioned things. In any case, building trust is definitely the biggest thing to do and that'll certainly help everywhere you go.
