I put up a post on my "development" blog (see link above) and claimed it as my "present". :)
I also used that post to try and embed a viddler video, but somehow - without that rich editor BS - I had to insert all kinds of breaks to display same with some white space top and bottom. I suck at this kind of stuff, really.
As I said before, I'm learning Wordpress. Still love it and once I figured out everything, I'll clean up the post code (maybe).

I've found a lot of my themes through Alex King's competitions. There are plenty of big lists of themes. It's just taking the time to sit and make your way through them and find one that fits you. Of course, if you've got some CSS/PHP skills you can make some themes become your own.
